Responsibilities
• Provide immediate first aid and emergency medical response to on-site incidents and injuries.
• Conduct routine health screenings and wellness checks for employees.
• Assist in the implementation and enforcement of the company's health and safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain and manage all medical supplies and first aid equipment, ensuring they are stocked and in good working order.
• Keep meticulous and confidential records of all employee injuries, treatments, and health-related matters.
• Liaise effectively with external medical services and emergency response teams when necessary.
• Act as a key resource for health and safety information, promoting a proactive culture of well-being among all staff.
• Support health-related risk assessments and contribute to the development of occupational health programmes.
