Position Description

We9re currently seeking an experienced Project Manager with healthcare experience to work with our project team in Charlotte, NC. The incumbent will work with a group of talented construction professionals that support our healthcare project teams, executive team, business developers, ownership representatives, and administrative teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Principle Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinate resources, and ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial performance aligns with project goals.
  • Manage subcontractor selection, contracts, and daily communication to ensure work aligns with project scope and standards.
  • Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and services to support project timelines and quality.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams, providing regular updates and resolving issues proactively.
  • Maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, progress reports, and change orders.
  • Support and guide field teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance across all project phases.
