Position DescriptionWe9re currently seeking an experienced Project Manager with healthcare experience to work with our project team in Charlotte, NC. The incumbent will work with a group of talented construction professionals that support our healthcare project teams, executive team, business developers, ownership representatives, and administrative teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Principle Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinate resources, and ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
- Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial performance aligns with project goals.
- Manage subcontractor selection, contracts, and daily communication to ensure work aligns with project scope and standards.
- Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and services to support project timelines and quality.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams, providing regular updates and resolving issues proactively.
- Maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, progress reports, and change orders.
- Support and guide field teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance across all project phases.

Position RequirementsQualifications:
- 5+ years9 experience managing projects in the commercial construction industry
- LEED AP or LEED Green Associate preferred
- Bachelor9s or associate degree in construction management, engineering, or business administration
- Strong leadership, management, computer application, and organizational skills
- Top candidates will possess strong knowledge of large-scale heathcare facilities
