Position: Project Architect
Location: St. Louis, MO (On-site)

Role Overview We are seeking a seasoned Project Architect to lead healthcare and institutional projects from early planning through construction. You will be a key member of the team, coordinating design, documentation, and delivery while mentoring junior staff. Key Responsibilities- Project Leadership: Lead projects from schematic design through construction documents and construction administration, ensuring design quality, technical rigor, and code compliance.
- Client Management: Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for clients, consultants, and internal team members, managing schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Technical Coordination: Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and oversee the production of detailed drawings and specifications in primarily Revit and AutoCAD.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to emerging professionals, reviewing work and supporting their growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Education: Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited program.
- Experience: Approximately 5-6 years of professional experience in an architectural practice, with significant time spent as a project architect or project lead.
- Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Revit; experience with other visualization or coordination tools (e.g., Enscape, Bluebeam, or similar) is a plus.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of building codes, technical detailing, and construction processes.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
