At U.S. Bank, our Healthcare Business Banking Relationship Managers (BBRMs) don't just manage relationships, they help healthcare businesses grow.

As a trusted advisor to healthcare practices and organizations with annual revenues up to $50MM, you'll combine industry expertise, financial acumen, and relationship management skills to help clients navigate growth, acquisitions, expansion, and long-term success. You'll leverage the full capabilities of U.S. Bank to deliver customized lending, treasury, payments, and wealth solutions that support both the business and its owners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager and trusted advisor for healthcare and practice finance clients with annual revenues up to $50MM
  • Develop new business opportunities and deepen existing client relationships through proactive business development, networking, and consultative relationship management
  • Structure and deliver customized financial solutions, including lines of credit, term debt, practice acquisitions, buyouts, commercial real estate financing, treasury management, payments, and deposit solutions
  • Act as a healthcare banking subject matter expert for branch, business banking, and market teams, helping partners identify opportunities and connect clients with specialized resources
  • Strengthen referral generation and relationship growth through education, collaboration, and consultative support
  • Lead complex financial discussions with healthcare owners and operators to align banking solutions with business goals
  • Maintain ownership of the overall client relationship while coordinating across a large, matrixed organization
  • Partner closely with Treasury Management, Payments, Wealth Management, Credit, and other specialty teams to deliver comprehensive solutions
  • Apply strong credit judgment and risk discipline while balancing growth, profitability, and client experience
  • Stay informed on healthcare industry trends and market developments to proactively identify opportunities for clients and the bank

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Seven or more years of relevant experience


Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Prior Healthcare and Practice Finance banking & structuring experience
  • Prior experience in clinic and center Commercial Real Estate
  • Experience partnering across a large, matrixed organization in support of client delivery execution (especially with Treasury Management, Payments, and Wealth Management partners)
  • Experience working with Healthcare and Practice clients & prospects
  • Experience managing complex credit structures and loan requests larger than $2.5MM
  • Experience working with companies and practices up to $50MM in annual revenue
  • Experience working with MS Office suite of products, Salesforce, and nCino
  • Proven success developing new business and COIs in the healthcare industry
  • Demonstrated knowledge of commercial credit and credit quality
  • Agile and innovative approach to problem solving and decision making
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

Location expectations
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $118,170.00 - 144,430.00
