OverviewHealth Services Director - Community Based Memory Care (RN)Looking for a passionate and dedicated RN for our small 25 bed intimate community-based Memory care unit. Our Memory Care unit is part of an integrated campus with a larger ALF and SNF facility.
As the
Health Services Director (RN), your Nursing and Leaderships skills will ensure that quality nursing care is provided to the residents; and you will coordinate the day-to-day functions of the Caregiver staff. Duties may include (but are not limited to) meeting with assigned nursing staff and support personnel in person centered service planning, coordination of the clinical and healthcare needs and delegation of nursing tasks of our resident population.

Qualifications- Must be a licensed RN for the appropriate State.
- Experience as a nursing supervisor is preferred.
- The qualified candidate will have a RN license in the State of Oregon and must have Nursing Supervisor experience.
- Experience working with Alzheimer's and Dementia related disorders of healthcare is a plus. Community-Based, Skilled Nursing and/or Memory Care experience preferred
