Full time Registered Nurse Health Service Administrator:
SUPERVISES: In a non-clinical administrative management manner the Facility Staff Operations, PrimeCare Medical employees and subcontractor.
GENERAL DUTIES:
A. Designated health authority whose responsibility is administratively overseeing the health care delivery system at the local facility.
B. Manage and evaluate facility medical program in accordance with PCM policies and procedures.
C. Operationally manage unit by monitoring adherence to established standards (NCCHC and/or ACA) and following PCM policies and procedures.
D. Function as liaison between PCM and facility administration.
E. Monitor and implement all contract services.
Requirements
A. Licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
B. Experience in health care delivery system.
C. Decision-making ability required.
D. Ability to communicate effectively.
E. Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.
Salary Description
$90,000-$100,000
