Position Summary
Provides leadership in the planning, integration, delivery and evaluation of programs and services for the assigned site or health service delivery area in the context of a regional system of service delivery. Ensures that quality patient/client/resident care is provided and that the strategic goals and objectives of the Northern Health and HSDA Business Plan are achieved. Supports and collaborates with the Senior Management Team of the HSDA to build and implement strategic priorities.
The salary range for this position is $130,864 (min) to $163,579 (midpoint) to $188,116 (max) per annum, based on 1.0 FTE. Northern Health typically establishes salaries within the minimum and midpoint of the salary range based on qualifications, experience of the applicant, and an internal equity review of the salaries of other employees.
Qualfications
• A Masters Degree in a Health Administration or a related discipline;
• Plus seven (7) to ten (10) years of experience in progressively senior health care administration roles, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
