As a Clinical Management Senior Manager, you will lead care delivery and clinical operations transformations that improve throughput, utilization, and frontline performance for providers and payers. Your primary responsibilities may include:

• Lead the design and implementation of care delivery models, workflows, and utilization management solutions across multiple client engagements

• Own delivery of measurable improvements in patient flow, capacity, LOS, and avoidable utilization, directing teams of consultants and subject matter experts

• Build and sustain executive-level relationships with clinical leaders to operationalize evidencebased pathways and workforce models

Travel

• Travel - as needed, varies by client needs and could be up to 80%

Here's what you need:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience with healthcare provider and/or payer clientsin one or more of the following areas:
  • care delivery operations,
  • utilization management
  • clinical performance improvement

• Minimum of 4 years of management consulting/advisory experience within the Healthcare Industry

• Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Clinical background (RN, MD, PA) or significant experience working with clinical leaders

• Experience with prior authorization, or throughput optimization

• Exposure to EHRenabled workflow redesign (e.g., Epic, Cerner)

• Ability to translate clinical strategy into operational execution
