Inside the Role

As the Health Center Manager, you will be the driving force behind our Baltimore clinic's daily success. You will blend business operations with clinical leadership, ensuring our staff feels supported while maintaining strict compliance with PPM protocols and regulatory standards.

Your Day-to-Day Impact

Lead from the Floor: Stay actively engaged on the clinic floor, keeping an "open door" policy, supporting your team in real-time, and conducting morning huddles to keep everyone aligned.

Foster Deep Accountability: Establish clear expectations and hold staff accountable for everything from punctuality and inventory management to hazmat compliance. You must be comfortable making tough personnel decisions to ensure our team meets our rigorous standards of care.

Drive Operational Excellence: Seamlessly manage day-to-day operations, including patient and staff scheduling, budget monitoring, and achieving our productivity and revenue goals.

Build a Resilient Team: Lead the interviewing, hiring, and training of new staff, serving as the primary supervisor to evaluate performance and promote a culture of exceptional customer service.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, healthcare, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience leading a team of 10 or more staff (outpatient healthcare or multi-provider setting preferred).
  • A strong leadership presence with the ability to deliver operational excellence while remaining accessible and hands-on.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a cost-effective, efficient, and highly customer-service-oriented manner.
