Role Summary
The Health Benefits Business Development Officer drives growth by building new employer relationships focused on HSA and health benefit solutions. This role uses a consultative sales approach to connect with prospects, partners, and clients to deliver meaningful solutions. You’ll play a key role in expanding market share and strengthening client relationships.
Key Accountabilities
Drive new business growth by developing employer relationships for HSA and health benefit solutions
Build and manage partnerships with brokers, centers of influence, and internal banking teams
Expand existing client relationships through cross-selling the full suite of health and banking services
Lead and coordinate RFP responses to win new business opportunities
Represent the bank at community and industry events to build brand presence and generate leads
Maintain subject matter expertise in HSA, TPA, and COBRA offerings
Ensure all client relationships align with risk, compliance, and company policies
Education & Experience
Required:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years of business-to-business sales experience
3+ years of demonstrated success in sales and client relationship management
Ability to obtain required internal certifications within 6 months
Reliable transportation and ability to travel as needed

The pay range represents anticipated base pay for this role. Actual pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, work location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role.
$72,800.00 - $124,800.00 per year
