Full Job Description
We are now seeking an experienced Nurse to join our team as Health & Wellness Director!
What you'll do:
- Responsible for overseeing the Health & Wellness Department and the care of our residents.
- Health assessment and services planning for all of the community residents.
- Coordination for residents' health needs from the health care community and vendors.
- Manage a staff of professionals through supervision, education, and support.
- Establish staffing guidelines to provide all requested services for residents.
What you'll bring:
- Demonstrated evidence of current geriatric knowledge with work experience.
- Baccalaureate degree in health-related field recommended.
- Nursing required, RN preferred.
