What You'll DoAs the Director of Nursing, you will oversee the overall clinical operations of the community while ensuring exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Lead, mentor, coach, and develop nursing and care teams
- Conduct resident assessments and oversee individualized care plans
- Ensure compliance with all state, local, and federal regulations
- Oversee medication management and clinical documentation
- Conduct audits, investigations, and incident follow-up
- Partner with physicians, families, vendors, and community leadership
- Support staffing, hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts
- Foster a culture of accountability, compassion, and excellence
- Respond to community emergencies and clinical concerns as needed
What We're Looking For?We are seeking a strong clinical leader who thrives in a fast-paced senior living environment and genuinely enjoys serving residents and supporting teams.
Qualifications:
- RN license in good standing (RN preferred)
- 5+ years of leadership experience preferred
- Senior living, geriatric nursing, memory care, or long-term care experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and infection control practices
- Experience building, developing, and retaining nursing teams
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

The salary range for this position is $69,377 to $110,823.
