In this Health and Welfare Benefits Representative, you may have found your perfect fit!

We get it. Employee benefits are complicated. Typically, when someone needs to use their benefits, they are also going through momentous changes. They're dealing with an important health issue. It may be that they are new in their careers and trying to understand what their benefits mean. That's where our Health and Welfare Benefits Representatives help. We see this role as a "trainer" or a "teacher" in helping our participants understand the value of the benefits they rightfully have earned.

You will:
    • Explain plan eligibility, benefits, and participation requirements to participants and stakeholders.
    • Assist participants with benefit applications, claims, appeals, and eligibility questions.
    • Review denied claims and gather documentation to support accurate claim decisions.
    • Respond to participant inquiries by phone, email, and in person with professional customer service.
    • Conduct meetings and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and consistent support.
    • Complete special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.

If hired, you can expect...
    • Starting hourly rate of $33.19 - $44.89 per hour. Pay is dependent on experience, skills, and qualifications.
