What You Will Do:
We are looking for a Strategy and Change Consultant who serves as a liaison between stakeholders and project teams, facilitating communication, gathering business requirements, and supporting organizational change initiatives to ensure the successful adoption of new processes and solutions.


Responsibilities include coordinating change management activities, assessing organizational impacts, developing communication strategies, creating stakeholder engagement plans, and helping organizations navigate transitions effectively.


As a Senior Consultant, you will develop dynamic presentations and leverage communication outreach technologies to assess engagement and measure impact within the evolving federal government shared services landscape. This role requires the ability to collaborate with technical teams on data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives.


You must also demonstrate the flexibility and agility to participate in business design sessions, facilitate meetings, and support collaborative decision-making.


Working directly with government clients, you will coordinate meetings, events, and travel logistics while supporting cross-functional collaboration and process improvement initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and help clients achieve their mission objectives.

What You Will Need:

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust clearance. Candidates with an active Public Trust or suitability determination are preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Five or more years of experience in business analytics, communications, change management, or strategy.
  • Must be willing and able to work onsite at the client site in White Oak, MD, at least two days per week.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Experience supporting training efforts through curriculum review and updates, logistics and planning, and broader training program needs.
  • Experience leading process improvement and automation efforts to develop new tools and processes.
  • Experience leading large-scale change management and communications campaigns.

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
