Head of WW Growth & Programming Strategy, MGM+ will set the commercial and content direction for a global premium streaming service. You will report directly to the Global GM and work at the intersection of data, content, and subscriber economics.
This role owns three strategic pillars: subscriber growth and LTV strategy (pricing, promotions, sampling, retention), programming strategy advisory (translating audience data into content mix recommendations), and business development (distribution deals, bundling, and commercial partnerships). You will be the connective tissue between analytical insight and business decisions that directly move the P&L.
This is a rare opportunity to define a function from scratch at a high-profile streaming service, with global scope from day one and direct access to the senior leadership team.
