Position Overview:We are hiring a Head of Supply Chain to take ownership of and scale ATI's supply chain.
We have an early foundation in place. You will build on it, strengthen it, and evolve it into a reliable, scalable system that supports production.
You will sit at the center of engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers. You will make hard calls on vendors, cost, and build strategy. You will be responsible for getting real systems built, on time, at cost.

Responsibilities:Build and Scale the Supply Chain
- Build on ATI's existing supplier base and expand it
- Identify, qualify, and close suppliers across a range of categories, including but not limited to:
- Electrical components and assemblies
- Custom CNC machining
- Sheet metal fabrication
- Strengthen supplier relationships and hold partners accountable
Own Prototype Production
- Drive the transition from early builds to repeatable production
- Work side by side with engineering to push for manufacturable designs
- Make real-time tradeoffs between cost, speed, and quality
- Ensure parts show up when needed so builds don't slip
Run Procurement and Cost
- Own purchasing, pricing, and supplier negotiations
- Build and manage BOM cost
- Drive cost down as we scale
- Put in place simple, effective systems for ordering and tracking
Lead Contract Manufacturing
- Select and manage contract manufacturers
- Drive NPI builds and production ramp with external partners
- Hold partners accountable on quality, delivery, and output
Be the Point of Accountability
- When parts are late, you fix it
- When costs are too high, you drive them down
- When suppliers underperform, you act
- You are responsible for making sure we can build
Requirements- 8-15+ years in supply chain, sourcing, or manufacturing
- You have scaled hardware from prototype to production
- You know how to source across electrical, CNC, and sheet metal
- You have run or deeply worked with contract manufacturers
- You take ownership of cost, timelines, and outcomes
- You are comfortable making decisions with incomplete information
- You move fast and operate without heavy process
Preferred Qualifications:- Deep supplier network you can activate quickly
- Experience in robotics, automotive, or industrial hardware
- Experience scaling early-stage systems into production
