The
Head of Strategy, Integration, & Performance (Chief of Staff, Principal Owner Channel) supports and advances the Principal Owner channel's strategy, execution, and overall business performance. This role serves as a key integrator across sales, product, marketing, operations, and channel leadership teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, driving operational excellence, and accelerating growth initiatives. The position partners closely with senior leaders to strengthen execution, improve organizational effectiveness, and enhance advisor success.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment- Serve as a central point of coordination across channel leadership, sales, product, marketing, operations, and enterprise partners.
- Drive alignment on strategic priorities and business objectives across stakeholder groups.
- Establish and maintain operating rhythms that support prioritization, decision-making, accountability, and execution.
- Monitor key initiatives and proactively identify and remove barriers to execution.
Business Performance & Growth Initiatives- Lead and advance strategic growth initiatives aligned with Principal Owner channel priorities and advisor success.
- Enhance visibility into business performance by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Leverage data, field insights, and strategic analysis to inform leadership decisions and business planning.
Organizational Effectiveness & Operational Excellence- Improve operating models, governance frameworks, and ways of working across the organization.
- Drive adoption of tools, processes, and best practices that improve organizational effectiveness.
- Simplify business processes and strengthen cross-functional execution and collaboration.
Field Engagement & Stakeholder Feedback- Collect and prioritize field feedback through established engagement channels and forums.
- Translate stakeholder insights into actionable recommendations that improve performance and overall experience.
- Ensure feedback mechanisms are connected to channel priorities and strategic objectives.
Qualifications- 7-10 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, advisor distribution, consulting, business strategy, or related leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale strategic initiatives and cross-functional transformation efforts.
- Strong knowledge of advisor distribution, wealth management, practice management, recruiting, and field operations.
- Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience developing performance management frameworks and utilizing analytics to drive business outcomes.
- Strong communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
Salary Range:$126,910.00 - $208,495.00
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
