- This role will be In person and year round at our Summerlin campus.
What You'll Do:- Build and lead your campus team with vision, innovation, and a culture of heart and collaboration.
- Inspire and develop staff through clear expectations, coaching, and professional growth.
- Drive enrollment through community connections, partnerships, and events.
- Ensure operational and fiscal health, balancing high-quality programming with smart management.
- Build strong relationships with students, families, and staff to create a dynamic and supportive school culture.
What We're Looking For:- One of the following is Required: (1) an administrator's license issued by the Department of Education or by another state or territory of the United States; (2) a bachelor's degree from an institution accredited by a regional accrediting association that is approved by the Department of Education and have 5 years of verified experience in educational administration; or (3) a master's degree from an institution accredited by a regional accrediting association that is approved by the Department of Education and have 3 years of verified experience in educational
administration. - Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or higher preferred.
- 5 years of successful school leadership experience.
- Experience managing a budget, financial reporting, and tracking specific metric performance.
- Proven ability to build culture and lead diverse teams.
- Experience with enrollment growth, admissions, or business development.
- Passion for alternative education and supporting diverse learners.
- Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Pay Range
USD $98,000.00 - USD $115,000.00 /Yr.
