  • Set the vision and mature the information management and communications pathways across Global Defense and all interfaces with the company. This covers the definition and enforcement of standards, platforms, localization of infrastructure, and mechanisms for continuous improvement across the portfolio.
  • Own the Global Defense budget and critical corporate planning functions for the international portfolio. This requires a strategic, long term view aligned with our international capture trajectory, as well as focused, detailed planning across the global footprint to meet the needs of rapidly expanding portfolio.
  • Partner with Global Defense leadership and Anduril's People Team to drive all HR projects and initiatives to shore up and continuously develop our international workforce, with particular focus on individual and team development, talent acquisition, people operations, global mobility initiatives.
