Head of Finance (HYRBID)

Job Description:
The Head of Finance is responsible for leading the organization's financial strategy, planning, and operations. This role oversees accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance while acting as a strategic partner to executive leadership. The Head of Finance ensures the financial health of the organization by providing accurate insights, managing risk, and supporting long-term business growth. This position may be hybrid, depending on business needs. Experience working with international teams is preferred, and fluency in Hebrew is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Serve as a key advisor to the CEO and executive team on financial planning and growth initiatives.
  • Lead long-term financial planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
  • Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
  • Maintain compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and company policies.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial performance.
  • Deliver financial statements, executive dashboards, and performance reports.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
  • Lead budgeting processes and track performance against financial targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong internal controls and financial governance.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, tax, and reporting requirements.
  • Oversee internal and external audits and manage relationships with auditors and tax advisors.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks.
  • Build, lead, and mentor the finance and accounting team.
  • Drive a high-performance culture focused on accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $160000.00 - $200000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

You will be eligible to the employer's match under the Company's 401K plan after you have completed 6 full months of employment with the Company.(c) Paid Time-Off: You will be eligible to earn up to fifteen (15) days of paid vacation per calendar year, which will accrue monthly on a pro-rata basis. Vacation days not used in a specific year can be accumulated for use in future years up to a maximum of ten (10) days in total.
