Head of Finance (HYRBID)Job Description:The Head of Finance is responsible for leading the organization's financial strategy, planning, and operations. This role oversees accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance while acting as a strategic partner to executive leadership. The Head of Finance ensures the financial health of the organization by providing accurate insights, managing risk, and supporting long-term business growth. This position may be hybrid, depending on business needs. Experience working with international teams is preferred, and fluency in Hebrew is a plus.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Serve as a key advisor to the CEO and executive team on financial planning and growth initiatives.
- Lead long-term financial planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Maintain compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and company policies.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial performance.
- Deliver financial statements, executive dashboards, and performance reports.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
- Lead budgeting processes and track performance against financial targets.
- Establish and maintain strong internal controls and financial governance.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, tax, and reporting requirements.
- Oversee internal and external audits and manage relationships with auditors and tax advisors.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Build, lead, and mentor the finance and accounting team.
- Drive a high-performance culture focused on accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Optimize financial systems, processes, and workflows.
- Partner with operations, HR, and other departments to support business initiatives.
- Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders as applicable.
- Support investor relations, banking relationships, and external partnerships.
Essential Skills:- 8-12+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
- Proven leadership experience in a finance role. required.
- Experience managing full-cycle accounting and financial operations.
- Strong expertise in GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in accounting and financial management systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
- MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (preferred).
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation (highly preferred).
- Experience in a hybrid or global work environment.
- Experience with manufacturing and Department of Defense (DoD) contracts.
Work Environment:The position is primarily office-based with the flexibility to work in the office two days a week, which are non-set days depending on the rest of the team's schedule. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $160000.00 - $200000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

You will be eligible to the employer's match under the Company's 401K plan after you have completed 6 full months of employment with the Company.(c) Paid Time-Off: You will be eligible to earn up to fifteen (15) days of paid vacation per calendar year, which will accrue monthly on a pro-rata basis. Vacation days not used in a specific year can be accumulated for use in future years up to a maximum of ten (10) days in total.
