Job Title: Head of Design
Location: HYBRID in NYC (Manhattan)
Salary: $190-210k/year + benefits
Requirements: 5+ years B2B/enterprise software experience in a growing startup

What You'll Own:

- Design strategy across our SaaS platform
- Building and scaling the design team
- Creating design systems and processes from scratch
- Leading UX research and validating decisions with data

What You Need:

- 5+ years designing B2B/enterprise software in a startup that scaled
- Experience managing design team and performance
- Experience in vertical SaaS
- Strong grasp of SaaS metrics (retention, churn, expansion)
- Current portfolio
