Full Job Description
The Role
We are seeking a Head of Agentic Platform to lead the strategy, build, and commercialization of a new platform offering. This role owns the platform P&L, drives a 0-to-1 launch, and partners cross-functionally to bring a partner-led, OEM-based solution to market. You will play a critical role in shaping our go-to-market approach, establishing key partnerships, and ensuring successful execution from discovery through delivery.

What you'll do

  • Own the platform P&L, including revenue by tier, partner cost structures, margins, and monthly variance reporting to executive leadership
  • Lead end-to-end Phase 1 execution, including ICP discovery, partner agreement completion, and building a fully operational team
  • Serve as the primary liaison to Sales, translating business development outputs (partner capabilities, agent catalog, pricing models) into effective sales enablement materials
  • Partner with the Director of Business Development to support partner sourcing, structuring, and negotiations
  • Co-lead an ICP discovery program, ensuring 30-45 customer interviews are conducted and synthesized into actionable vertical insights
  • Build and hire key team members, including Director of Business Development and Product Management roles
  • Establish program governance, including reporting cadence, budget tracking, and partner pipeline visibility for executive stakeholders
  • Develop and implement the commercial framework for OEM and partner agreements

What you bring

  • 7-10 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or managed services
  • Proven ownership of a P&L, with strong financial and operational acumen
  • Experience leading a 0-to-1 product or platform launch, ideally in a partnership-led or OEM model
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to align product, sales, and business development teams
  • Deep understanding of API platform economics and partner ecosystem dynamics
  • Ability to translate complex technical and commercial concepts into clear go-to-market strategies

Preferred but not required

  • Experience working within regulated industries or with data governance frameworks
  • Background in white-label or OEM commercial structures
  • Prior experience building and scaling new business lines within a high-growth environment
