Job Description:Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supervising and instructing student-athletes during practices and competitions;
- Organizing all aspects of team operations, including scheduling, travel, and equipment management;
- Handling all administrative responsibilities in compliance with NCAA Division III regulations and University standards.
Authority and AccountabilityThis position reports to the Director of Athletics.
Required/Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree
- Demonstrated experience and success in collegiate lacrosse, head coaching experience preferred
- Strong foundational knowledge of NCAA Division III compliance and sport specific rules, regulations, and compliance standards
- Proven leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Outstanding time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive team culture focused on student-athlete development both on and off the court
Preferred Qualifications - First Aid/CPR
- Strong computer skills, experience with software related to recruitment of prospective student-athletes (Teamworks/ARMS, FrontRush)
