Job Description:

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Supervising and instructing student-athletes during practices and competitions;
  • Organizing all aspects of team operations, including scheduling, travel, and equipment management;
  • Handling all administrative responsibilities in compliance with NCAA Division III regulations and University standards.



Authority and Accountability

This position reports to the Director of Athletics.

Required/Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Demonstrated experience and success in collegiate lacrosse, head coaching experience preferred
  • Strong foundational knowledge of NCAA Division III compliance and sport specific rules, regulations, and compliance standards
  • Proven leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Outstanding time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive team culture focused on student-athlete development both on and off the court


Preferred Qualifications
  • First Aid/CPR
  • Strong computer skills, experience with software related to recruitment of prospective student-athletes (Teamworks/ARMS, FrontRush)
