Compensation and BenefitsURMC offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- Expected salary range: 250k - 500k
- Individual salaries will be determined within the job's salary range and established based on (but not limited to) market data, experience and expertise of the individual, and with consideration to related position salaries

Qualifications- MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.
- Fellowship trained in Head and Neck Oncologic Surgery
- Commitment to clinical excellence, teaching, and scholarly activity.
- Research is strongly encouraged and protected research time and resources are available for candidates seeking a career as a clinician-scientist
- Microvascular and Reconstructive training are preferred
