While the HR Project Lead will provide business leadership and ownership of future-state HR processes, and the IT Project Lead will oversee technical architecture, integrations, environments, security, and deployment readiness, the Project Manager will provide overall project coordination, governance, planning, risk management, and execution oversight to ensure successful delivery of the program.

  • Coordinate activities across all business and technical workstreams to ensure dependencies are identified and managed.
  • Facilitate collaboration between functional, technical, and implementation partner teams to maintain alignment on priorities, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Partner with the HR Project Lead to ensure business requirements, process decisions, and organizational readiness activities remain on track.
  • Partner with the IT Project Lead to coordinate technical milestones, integration activities, data conversion efforts, testing cycles, and production readiness activities.
  • Lead project execution through discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare phases.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and decision logs.
  • Manage the end-to-end implementation budget, track spend against plan, and support formal change control processes for scope expansions.

Stakeholder Management
  • Work closely with the HR Project Lead and IT Project Lead to provide consistent communication and leadership across the program.
  • Facilitate governance forums, steering committee meetings, and executive reviews, ensuring leadership teams have the information needed for timely decision making.
  • Coordinate preparation of executive status reports, risk assessments, and project updates with HR, IT, and implementation partner leadership.
  • Ensure alignment among business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and executive sponsors.

Team Development and Knowledge Transfer
  • Partner with the HR Project Lead and IT Project Lead to develop internal team capabilities throughout the implementation.
  • Coach project team members on project management disciplines, governance processes, issue management, and implementation best practices.
  • Support functional and technical knowledge transfer efforts to ensure long-term sustainability following go-live.
  • Create an environment where team members can build Oracle Fusion implementation experience while maintaining delivery quality and accountability.

Change Management and Readiness
  • Collaborate with the HR Project Lead to coordinate organizational readiness, communications, training, and adoption activities.
  • Coordinate with the IT Project Lead to ensure technical readiness activities support deployment and stabilization objectives.
  • Help ensure business process changes, system changes, training strategies, and support models are integrated into a comprehensive readiness plan.
  • Support leadership teams in preparing managers and employees for future-state processes and technologies.

Quality, Risk, and Controls
  • Partner with the HR Project Lead and IT Project Lead to identify and manage cross-functional risks, dependencies, and constraints.
  • Facilitate resolution of issues requiring coordination across business, technical, compliance, and operational teams.
  • Ensure implementation decisions are documented, communicated, and aligned with program objectives.
  • Coordinate quality assurance activities across all workstreams while supporting implementation of Oracle Advanced Controls and governance processes.

The anticipated salary for this role is $144,000.
