As our Sage HCM practice continues to grow, Vision33 is looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our Canadian team. In this fully remote role, you will support Sage HCM deployments for customers across Canada, helping organizations improve their HR, payroll, onboarding, performance management, and employee data processes.
In this position, you will:
- Provide the consulting, training, and support required to successfully implement Sage's cloud-native HCM solution for small and medium-sized businesses.
- Work closely with HR and operations leaders during discovery and requirements analysis to develop a clear, actionable understanding of each client's HR, payroll, onboarding, performance management, and related processes.
- Assist customers with preparing, migrating, validating, and auditing confidential employee data.
- Configure and customize Sage HCM modules and workflows based on customer requirements and implementation goals.
- Collaborate with internal specialists and customer stakeholder groups to deliver smooth, timely, and budget-friendly implementations that meet customer objectives.
What we are looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in HCM implementation would be ideal; however, we are open to candidates with related experience who have led
previous HCM deployments.
- Experience working with core HR and payroll systems as a system implementer, consultant, administrator, or power
user.
- Post-secondary education in a related field such as human resources, business administration, or technology would be considered an asset.
- A consultant's
mindset, including strong attention to detail, a passion for efficient and automated processes, and a strong sense of customer empathy.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to present comfortably, ask effective questions, and work with customers in a transparent and accountable way.
- Bilingual communication skills in English and French would be considered a strong asset.
