- Teach New York Pilates' signature ABS ARMS ASS Reformer classes
- Deliver an exceptional student experience through thoughtful programming, intentional cueing, and authentic connection.
- Build community in the studio, online, and at events.
- Teach a consistent schedule of 25+ hours per week and support the team by subbing when needed.
- Represent New York Pilates with professionalism, energy, and authentic style.

Competitive Pay$90,000-$120,000 annual salary. Full-time team members are also eligible for medical benefits, PTO, and a 401(k).

- 400+ hour comprehensive Pilates certification.
- 5+ years experience teaching group medium to large Reformer classes.
- Lives within 15 miles of the teaching market.
- Passion for building community and creating an unforgettable student experience.
- Reliable, positive, and available to teach at least 4 shifts per week.
