Gynecology Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA)High Lakes Gynecology | Praxis Health | Bend, OregonHigh Lakes Gynecology, part of Praxis Health, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established gynecology practice in Bend, Oregon. This role is 100% gynecology, with no obstetrics, providing office-based evaluation and procedural care alongside our surgical gynecologists.
What We're Looking ForWe're looking for an APP with solid gynecology experience - a Women's Health NP certification is a plus, but not required if you have equivalent hands-on gyn experience as an NP or PA.
Day-to-day, you'll be seeing patients independently and managing:
- Well woman exams
- Evaluation and treatment of abnormal/irregular uterine bleeding
- Management of PCOS and other menstrual disorders
- Colposcopy and biopsy, including endometrial and vulvar biopsy
- Hormone replacement therapy and menopausal symptom management
- Contraceptive counseling and management, including IUD and Nexplanon insertion/removal
- Evaluation and treatment of STIs
- Pessary fitting, removal, and cleaning
- Urinary incontinence evaluation
- Infertility counseling
- Minor in-office procedures (e.g., polypectomy, skin tag excision, treatment of condyloma)
Prior experience with colposcopy and office-based procedures is important.
Comfort with IUD/Nexplanon placement and biopsy procedures is expected from day one.

Qualifications- Active NP or PA license in Oregon (or ability to obtain)
- Certification as a Women's Health NP, FNP, or PA with demonstrated gynecology experience
- Current DEA registration or ability to obtain
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Colposcopy training/certification preferred
