Job Title: Associate Principal - Architecture

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and technical solutioning for BillingCenter implementations and upgrades
  • Work closely with architect's BAs and functional consultants to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Provide hands-on expertise in Guidewire BillingCenter configuration data model and integration frameworks
  • Define and enforce coding standards best practices and design patterns across the team
  • Lead and mentor development teams onshore offshore ensuring high-quality deliverables
  • Support performance tuning defect triage and resolution during SIT UAT and production rollout
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture security and compliance standards


Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Key skills Guidewire Billing Center PolicyCenter ClaimCenter
  • 15 years of IT experience with at least 10 years in Guidewire BillingCenter
  • Strong technical expertise in BillingCenter configuration data model plugins and workflows
  • Handson experience with Guidewire Integration Framework GOSU Web Services Messaging Batch processes
  • Strong knowledge of PolicyCenter ClaimCenter data flows and integrations with BillingCenter
  • Proficiency in Java SQL XML SOAPREST services and middleware integration
  • Proven track record as a Guidewire Lead in large Guidewire transformation programs
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Guidewire BillingCenter Specialist Certified
  • Experience with cloud migrations AWS Azure
  • Familiarity with DevOps CICD pipelines GIT Jenkins and automated testing tools
  • Exposure to Agile Scrum delivery methodologies
