Full Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Resolve client incidents based on mutually agreed upon SLA, severity and priority
  • Meet or exceed SLA requirements of customers
  • Quickly reply to client specific queries regarding issues
  • Able to test and replicate issue and trace cause of the problem
  • Isolate client specific issues and server specific problems
  • Support, patch and upgrade various CRM and eCommerce applications
  • Participate in team meetings
  • Participate in client meetings to advise where necessary
  • Maintain Issue and Incident Knowledgebase
  • Provide client specific application training where necessary
  • Generate quarterly health reviews and advise clients
  • Provide direct support of McAfee Endpoint and ePO management products, configuration and maintenance
  • Coordinate with other organizations and manufacturer support (McAfee)

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in information security
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience.
  • CISSP or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Experience managing McAfee ePO console, server, and database
  • Demonstrated and hands on experience with, McAfee ePO endpoint technologies including VSE, MOVE, HIPS and Device Control
  • Experience interpreting MER files for troubleshooting McAfee installation/operational issues
  • Experience writing Procedure/Process documentation
  • Understanding of the CRM - Customer Relations Management industry a plus
  • Deploy, engineer, configure and administer McAfee Endpoint products
  • Assist in the operational and performance issues related to McAfee Endpoint applications
  • Provide recommendations and implement changes to optimize McAfee products
  • Test and analyze develop custom scripts, programs as needed
