Summary

The Growth Marketing Manager leads the development and execution of growth marketing strategies targeting the employer segment within the Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) industry. Thel role requires a deep understanding of the unique factors influencing human resource leaders at large and mid-sized employers as they evaluate and select PBM partners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Build and execute a comprehensive growth marketing plan focused on employer clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.

• Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to different stages of the employer decision-making funnel, from awareness through retention.

• Analyze market insights to inform campaign strategy, messaging, and channel selection, with a focus on the priorities of decision makers.

• Produce thought leadership content, including webinars, blogs, white papers, and case studies, to position the organization as a trusted resource for employer decision-makers.

• Collaborate closely with sales, product, and analytics teams to optimize campaign performance and ensure cohesive messaging across all employer-facing touchpoints.

• Track, measure, and report on campaign effectiveness, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and demonstrate ROI.

Education and/or Experience

BS/BA and 5+ years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, and 2 years' of SME in respective areas

·       High proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Office 365

• Proven track record of campaign development and execution
• Deep expertise in the pharmacy benefit industry, with a clear understanding of PBM offerings, value propositions, and the competitive landscape.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement marketing strategies targeting employer decision-makers, especially HR leaders.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret marketing data and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for HR and benefits audiences.
• Collaborative approach, with experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools preferred.

Work Location

This position works on-site at the San Diego Headquarters or other company location (or from a remote location with management approval based on business requirements). Must provide adequate support to internal clients; be available for regular interactions and coordination of work with other employees, colleagues, clients, or vendors; as well as be available to facilitate effective decisions through collaboration with stakeholders.

Working Hours

This is an exempt level position requiring the incumbent to work the hours required to fully accomplish job responsibilities and reasonably meet deadlines for work deliverables. The individual must have the flexibility to work beyond traditional hours and be able to work nights, weekends or on holidays as required.  Work hours may be changed from time to time to meet the needs of the business.  Typical core business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
