Full Job Description
Summary:
The Sales Manager is a quota-driven role within the hotel's Sales department, responsible for managing assigned accounts and driving revenue performance. This position requires an experienced sales professional with 2-4 years in the hospitality industry. The Sales Manager functions in a client-facing capacity, acting as the primary point of contact for account management and contributing directly to overall account performance.

This position primarily manages group accounts with 151 or more peak room nights, with or without associated events. Key responsibilities include developing new business through proactive prospecting using Hyatt systems and external resources, executing regular sales calls and strategic sales initiatives, and maintaining strong client relationships.

The Sales Manager will collaborate with hotel operations to support on-site group experiences and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, with the goal of securing repeat business. Moderate travel may be required; candidates must have the ability and willingness to travel, including air travel, as needed.

This role will be assigned responsibility for one of the hotel's highest-revenue large market segments, in addition to the Tour and Travel market. Market assignments may be adjusted periodically based on business needs, with direction from hotel leadership. Sales goals and performance expectations will be updated accordingly to reflect any changes in deployment.

Salary Range: $81,000-$105,000
