Full Job Description
We're looking for a sharp, strategic, and hands-on Group Product Manager (GPM) to lead the vision, development, and growth of our Red Ventures digital platform. This platform is at the heart of how we acquire, convert, and retain customers-powering advanced digital marketing and data integration programs across the Red Ventures portfolio. You will lead the evolution of our marketing technology capabilities while shaping platform innovation that supports performance marketing at scale, as well as defining vertical accelerators specifically for Financial Services.

What You'll Do:
  • Defining the Roadmap: Work with leadership and cross-functional partners to fine-tune and champion a compelling multi-year platform vision and strategy that anticipates the future of digital services. You will look beyond the horizon to architect our platform to support emerging paradigms like Agentic AI, where autonomous agents act on behalf of users.
  • Performance and Impact Metrics: Define and track key aspirational business metrics that demonstrate the business impact. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success criteria for the platform. Measure and analyze platform performance, iterating based on real-world usage, and continuously improving the user experience.
  • Competitive Research: Conduct hands-on market and customer research to validate platform capabilities and ensure we're building solutions that anticipate future customer needs while addressing today's market opportunities.
  • Modernized Product Management: Introducing and implementing a comprehensive, modern product management methodology that evolves with AI advancements and drives consistent excellence across our organization and team of staff product managers.

What We're Looking For:
  • Deep expertise in modern product management methodologies with a track record of implementing and evolving frameworks as technology landscapes shift, particularly with AI integration.
  • Proven experience leading the development or productization of enterprise-scale digital marketing solutions-such as personalization engines, performance campaign systems, or marketing analytics platforms-within complex ecosystems (e.g., Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CDPs, Databricks/Snowflake).
  • Strong business acumen and product intuition-able to translate business value into product outcomes, specifically in financial services.
  • Data-Driven: Solid experience in analyzing product data, defining hypotheses, and measuring the impact of product features. You will need to be able to effectively translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to present technical content to non-technical audiences. Ability to partner with different functions to ensure that your solutions drive real business impact.
  • Proven success working with high-performance engineering teams, communicating clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bonus points for experience with AI/ML and data science-informed product decisioning, and optimizing processes with this technology.
  • Innate curiosity and a drive for continuous learning. Comfort advocating for a path forward among ambiguous options.

Compensation
  • USA Compensation Range: $130,000 - 210,000/year
    • New York City Compensation Range: $162,500 - 262,500
*Note actual compensation is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
