SOL, an Alliance Physical Therapy Partners clinic, is growing and looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to join our clinician-led team.
What Your Day Will Look LikeYour day is designed around
patient-first, relationship-driven care-not volume for volume's sake.The Group Director is responsible for efficient management of the clinical services, operations, clinic growth and staff development of outpatient orthopedic clinics. The Group Director will maximize growth by assuring the highest quality therapy services and consistently initiating direct marketing to sustain and develop referral sources. Success will be measured not only by meeting revenue, profit, growth and compliance goals, but also by relationships built with the staff, patients, and referral sources, as well as the clinical training and development staff. The Group Director will be clinical and administration.
- Evaluate and treat patients using individualized, evidence-based plans of care
- Build trusted relationships with patients through meaningful one-on-one care
- Collaborate with PTAs, technicians, and clinic staff in a respectful, team-oriented environment
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support long-term outcomes
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referral sources
- Complete documentation efficiently using AgileRPM
- Support students or teammates through mentorship and leadership when appropriate

Physical Requirements- Ability to assist patients with transfers and mobility
- Prolonged standing, walking, and use of hands for treatment and documentation
