SummaryGainwell Technologies is seeking a highly motivated Lean Six Sigma Green Belt to join the Customer Experience (CX) team. This role leads improvement initiatives that strengthen operational performance, improve quality, and deliver measurable business value. The ideal candidate will partner with business leaders, Lean Six Sigma Black Belts, subject matter experts, and operational teams to evaluate workflows, recommend practical solutions, and support implementation across CX functional areas.
Your role in our mission- Lead process improvement projects that improve efficiency, quality, customer experience, and operational performance using Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and continuous improvement methods.
- Analyze business processes, workflows, operational metrics, and performance data to identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate process mapping, value stream mapping, root cause analysis, Kaizen events, and problem-solving sessions with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Develop current-state and future-state process designs that reduce complexity, support operational goals, and align with strategic business objectives.
- Establish success metrics, track outcomes, and prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for business stakeholders and leadership.
- Support change management by documenting improvements, communicating process changes, assisting with implementation planning, and recommending mitigation strategies when barriers arise.
- Promote operational excellence by sharing best practices, improvement tools, and process optimization techniques across enterprise initiatives.
What we're looking forBasic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Five or more years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, business operations, project management, business analysis, or a related discipline
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required
- Experience leading improvement initiatives that delivered measurable business outcomes
- Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience facilitating process mapping, root cause analysis, Kaizen events, and process redesign efforts
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
Preferred Skills and Competencies- Demonstrated progression toward LSS BB certification
- Experience developing customer journey maps and facilitating journey mapping workshops to identify customer pain points, moments of truth, and improvement opportunities
- Experience using workflow visualization and productivity tools to analyze and communicate process changes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to quality, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
- Effective communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, SharePoint, and Teams

The pay range for this position is $68,000.00 - $97,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
