About the Role:We're looking for a
Graphic Designer to create engaging visual content for two key audiences:
50% Client and Growth Marketing Design materials that support brand awareness, sales, thought leadership, and business growth.
50% Member Engagement Marketing Design communications that help members understand, navigate, and engage with their healthcare benefits.
You'll partner with Marketing, Sales, Client Success, and Member Engagement teams to create clear, compelling, and effective visual experiences across digital, print, presentation, and campaign channels.
What You'll Do: Client and Growth Marketing (50%)
- Design sales and marketing materials, including presentations, one-pagers, case studies, infographics, and digital campaigns.
- Create visual content for thought leadership, social media, web, events, and product marketing.
- Turn complex healthcare and technology concepts into clear, engaging visuals.
- Support executive presentations and client-facing communications.
- Member Engagement Marketing (50%)
- Design member-facing communications across email, digital, print, and direct mail channels.
- Create client-branded materials that support enrollment, education, and engagement campaigns.
- Develop clear, accessible designs that encourage members to take action.
- Balance Pager Health brand standards with client brand requirements.

Shared Responsibilities
- Advance and steward Pager Health's visual identity across all channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with our evolving market position.
- Create high-impact visual narratives and develop scalable templates, design systems, and storytelling frameworks that improve speed, quality, and consistency across teams.
- Translate complex and data-heavy AI and healthcare concepts into clear, compelling visuals, including charts, frameworks, infographics, and motion graphics.
- Explore new design tools and AI-enabled technologies to improve efficiency.
What You Bring: - 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing design, with a portfolio demonstrating strong brand execution and enterprise sales storytelling.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong digital, print, and presentation design.
- Proven ability to build narrative arcs that clearly articulate problem, solution, value, and differentiation for sophisticated buyers.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (including InDesign), Braze, Canva, Figma, HubSpot, and related design and motion tools; proficiency in PowerPoint presentation design.
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout principles across both brand and revenue-facing materials.
- Experience working in healthcare, health tech, SaaS, or similarly complex industries is preferred.
- Ability to operate as a strategic partner to Marketing, Sales, and Growth Leadership, influencing storytelling and establishing structure.
- Strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.
- A builder's mindset: you enjoy improving systems, elevating standards, and moving work forward without waiting for perfect inputs.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant design discipline (graphic design, interaction design, brand and product design, marketing, or media) and/or possess equivalent work experience is a plus.
For Colorado, Nevada, New York, and Washington DC-based employment: In accordance with the Pay Transparency laws the salary range for this position is $100,000 to $115,000. The compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, financial, generous PTO, stipends for professional development, and wellness benefits. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. The range listed only applies to Colorado, Nevada, New York, and Washington DC.
