Qualifications

• Up to 12 months of experience in a related field, such as sales or customer success.
• No prior recruitment experience required; strong attitude and potential are key.
• Experience in high-volume outreach or ERP recruiting is a bonus.
• Strong business instinct and curiosity about ERP solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated resilience and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Source, attract, and qualify ERP talent for roles in NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Engage and win new business with global customers and partners.
• Prepare high-quality candidate shortlists and manage the entire interview process.
• Build territory and account plans as well as map organizational charts.
• Conduct outreach and lead client discovery calls to enhance business relationships.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance.
