The Opportunity:The Property Manager is responsible for the storage and accountability of government assets. This role requires a strong understanding of inventory management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and GCSS-ARMY.The Property Manager will develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Will manage sensitive/classified item inventory to ensure compliance with the GFE Turn-in process
Responsibilities:- Responsible for the storage and accountability of 5,200 government assets.R
- Utilizes ASTS and is familiar with similar inventory management software.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of the GFE Turn-in process.
- Strong GCSS-ARMY knowledge.
- Develops, maintains, and collaborates on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Manages sensitive/classified item inventory.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or a related field.
- Certification in inventory management or other related certifications is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent sitting, standing, and bending.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$67,800 - 142,200 USD
