Our Team, Your Impact

The External Manufacturing (ExM) Governance & Digitalization Lead will build and run the ExM governance operating system and accelerate digital enablement across the global CMO/CDMO network. The role is a cornerstone of the ExM Business Operations capability-owning the strategic roadmap control tower, standardizing ways of working across ExM, and digitalizing relationships with CMOs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Governance Operating System
  • Design and implement governance cadence, decision rights, and KPI framework
  • Establish escalation and action tracking processes
  • Ensure consistency and transparency in performance management

2. Standardization of Ways of Working
  • Develop and deploy standard work, templates, and playbooks
  • Harmonize practices across ExM verticals and functions
  • Drive adoption through change management and training

3. Digitalization of CMO Relationships
  • Define digital strategy aligned with CMO segmentation
  • Enable dashboards, shared workflows, and data visibility
