Role Overview:This role involves the development and implementation of conversational AI solutions, specifically Chatbots and Voicebots, utilizing Google Cloud Dialogflow CX. The position requires expertise in designing conversational flows, integrating APIs, and developing dashboard analytics. The successful candidate will contribute to the entire development lifecycle, from design to deployment and continuous improvement, within an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Development of Chatbot and Voicebot using Google Cloud Dialogflow CX by designing and implementing conversational AI solutions by creating intents, entities, training phrases, fulfillment logic and integrating Webhooks and APIs.
- Experience in Looker Studio (Data Studio), SQL and Big Query for the Dashboard analytics development based on the key performance metrics.
- Integrate bot with Google Cloud Functions, Firestore DB and third party APIs.
- Implement multi-turn conversations, error handling and contextual routing for optimal user experience.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand ups, backlog refinement) and adapt validation processes to align with Agile workflows.
- Hands on experience in JIRA for development task activities and defect fixes.
- Continuously improve conversational design using analytics insights.
- Collaborate with system owner, business owner and stakeholders to align chatbot goals with business objectives.
- Experience in Node.js or Python for webhook and fulfillment development.
- Handling end to end CI/CD pipelines using Gitlab and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge on designing the Architecture for conversational AI.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to analyze the impact of integrated systems and provide guidance to the team on required testing activities.
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.
- Contribute to your development and the team's technical skills by demonstrating inclusive behaviors and establishing a culture of highest performing teams.
- Keep up to date with industry news and developments to support business development opportunities and solutions.
