Full Job Description
This role will serve as the commercial leader of the Keepr product family, accountable for demand generation, revenue growth, margin performance, market share, and customer experience. You will set the strategy, build the plan, and drive execution across every lever that moves the business.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Providing leadership in defining the product innovation strategy/roadmap and new product opportunities as well as actively supporting overall launch strategy
  • Growing customer lifetime value (LTV) through subscriptions, attachments & new services
  • Serve as a General Manager to the business, optimizing forecasting, cost management, and revenue for product GTM strategies
  • Leading development activities in all product categories from conceptualization through development and launch execution to meet critical customer requirements
  • Ensuring development of all support materials and activities needed to successfully launch new products and build brand strength, including support materials, education materials, press materials and presentations
  • Optimizing awareness and brand building, cultivating and extending customer engagement and loyalty, activating and extending the Ideal Image consumer base
  • Driving vision, research, and identification of white space opportunities and developing the vision for a new product development

What You'll Bring to the Table:
  • General Management or New Product launch skills suitable for a high growth, entrepreneurial environment
  • Expertise scaling disruptive and innovative consumer brands: history of establishing a strong brand image and identity; skillset and prior experience visualizing and actualizing the full potential of a brand; exemplary understanding of product strategy
  • Proven experience successfully launching products and brands to market and achieving product market fit
  • Strong leadership skills; ability to inspire and motivate a team: cultivate or attract the best talent in the marketplace across key functional areas; structured, yet strategic approach with direct reports; support a dedicated, collaborative and entrepreneurial culture
  • Execute against company vision, strategy, and priorities.

  • Build and adhere to an annual operating and investment budget. Manage the business by identifying and staying current on key KPIs which may evolve as the business matures.

Competitive Compensation - $240,000-$280,000 base salary plus potential 25% annual bonus incentive target and long term incentive.
