OverviewIn this role, you will help Keysight turn complex business needs into effective sourcing solutions. You will independently lead assigned projects, collaborate with teams across the business, and work directly with suppliers to improve cost, quality, service, and risk outcomes. Responsibilities- Execute sourcing strategies for assigned categories, suppliers, or business portfolios within established business objectives, policies, and category plans.
- Independently plan and lead sourcing projects of varying scope and complexity, coordinating activities across business functions, suppliers, and third-party partners.
- Gather business requirements, analyze market and spend data, develop RFx materials, and evaluate supplier proposals.
- Develop sourcing recommendations and business cases that consider cost, quality, service, innovation, and risk.
- Negotiate pricing, service levels, contractual terms, risk provisions, and performance expectations within delegated authority and in partnership with Legal and other support functions.
- Coordinate supplier selection, contracting, and implementation with business stakeholders and internal support functions.
- Manage assigned supplier relationships and monitor performance against service levels, key performance indicators, quality measures, and delivery expectations.
- Address sourcing and supplier issues, coordinate corrective actions, and escalate matters requiring broader authority or specialized expertise.
- Support supplier governance, business reviews, risk management, business continuity planning, savings tracking, and category planning.
- Maintain sourcing documentation, contracts, supplier records, and project data in accordance with established policies and approval requirements.
- Contribute to process improvement and digital enablement initiatives, including the responsible use of approved AI tools within Global Sourcing workflows.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Engineering, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Typically 4-5 years of relevant experience in sourcing, procurement, supplier management, category management, supply chain, or a related field.
- Analytical and financial skills, including experience with spend analysis, business cases, cost modeling, or savings tracking.
- Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects and priorities independently.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders across cultures and time zones.
- Clear written, verbal, presentation, and business communication skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to use approved AI tools responsibly in a business environment.
- Ability to travel approximately 10% for supplier meetings, negotiations, business reviews, and stakeholder engagements.
- Must be in, or willing to relocate to, Colorado Springs, Colorado, or another approved Keysight location in the US and work in accordance with Keysight's onsite work expectations.
Preferred- In-depth knowledge of sourcing processes and the ability to work independently and determine appropriate approaches to assignments.
- Experience with supplier evaluations, proposal analysis, commercial negotiations, contracts, or supplier performance management.
- Experience coordinating sourcing projects with business stakeholders, suppliers, and internal support functions.
- Experience supporting sourcing activities across multiple business groups, regions, cultures, or time zones.
- Experience with supplier risk management, business continuity planning, supplier governance, or performance improvement.
- Knowledge of contract lifecycle management, spend analytics, supplier management platforms, e-sourcing tools, or other procurement technologies.
- Experience contributing to cross-functional process improvement or digital enablement initiatives.
Pay TransparencyThe level of role will be based on applicable experience, education, and skills. Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.
Colorado Pay Range: Minimum $76,430 - Maximum $127,380
