  • Act as project manager for complex hiring initiatives, coordinating recruiting activities against business requirements, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Track progress, identify hiring risks or performance gaps, and establish mitigation plans to ensure recruiting objectives are achieved.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance recruiting effectiveness, candidate experience, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Talent Market Insights & Workforce Advisory
  • Provide expert insights on global talent markets, labor trends, competitive intelligence, and sourcing strategies to inform business and workforce planning decisions.
  • Advise business leaders and People Partners on talent availability, hiring strategies, location considerations, and workforce risks.
  • Partner with Sourcing, University Recruiting, Executive Recruiting, Inclusion, Culture, and Onboarding teams to develop integrated talent strategies that strengthen HP's market competitiveness.

  • Support strategic, business-critical, or confidential searches when required.
  • Partner with broader recruiting teams across mainstream, executive, and specialized hiring functions to ensure operational excellence throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
  • Drive accountability for delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences while meeting business hiring goals.

Experience and Education
  • 8-10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Workforce Planning, HR Program Management, or other strategic HR roles.
  • Strong knowledge of global talent acquisition policies, processes, and governance.
  • Experience supporting commercial, sales, marketing, customer success, or business operations organizations within a complex enterprise environment.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting multiple countries and markets, with a strong international mindset.
  • Proven success working in complex, matrixed, multinational organizations and partnering with senior business leaders.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
