Global Quality Engineer-North America:
  • A strong technical background in engineering, materials science, or a related field

You will bring:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in quality engineering within the composites, advanced materials, or specialty chemicals industries.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100) and regulatory requirements relevant to composites manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead root cause analysis, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
  • Experience with customer and supplier quality management, including audits, complaint resolution, and corrective actions.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

  • The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $98,720 to $123,400 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range.
  • Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.

Additional information:
  • This position is based on the Central region of the United States.
  • Remote work is possible, with 1-2 days periodic on-site presence as required.
