Full Job Description
Summary:
Responsible for end-to-end ownership of the global product strategy, portfolio roadmap, requirements definition and commercial market success of liquid cooling pump solutions, with strong focus on the US lead market, hyperscaler requirements and customer proximity.

Essential Functions of the Job:
The essential functions of this job require the person, with or without reasonable accommodation, to perform the following:
  • Define and drive global product strategy, portfolio roadmap and market positioning for the liquid cooling pump portfolio.
  • Own the business performance of the assigned product portfolio, including business case realization, market success and portfolio competitiveness.
  • Translate US customer needs and hyperscaler requirements into prioritized product requirements as input for development projects and industrialization decisions.
  • Define product requirements and priorities and align their implementation with R&D, Systemhouse Datacenter and regional teams.
  • Prepare and drive business cases and decision packages for executive decision making, including market potential, investment logic and risk assessment.
  • Define and drive the go-to-market approach together with Sales, SBF ACV and Marketing, including positioning, launch priorities and customer value proposition.
  • Own customer-facing product positioning and support strategic customer discussions together with Sales and Application Engineering.
  • Define sample strategy and priorities, while execution and validation activities are driven by the application and engineering team.
  • Align liquid cooling marketing, tradeshow and customer demonstration strategy together with SBF ACV and Marketing.
  • Ensure global alignment between AMS, Europe and APAC requirements while maintaining the US market as lead-market input.

Recommended Education and/or Experience
  • Master's degree in engineering, business or a comparable technical/commercial field; minimum five years of product management, business development or related experience.
  • Mandatory experience in at least one relevant field: industrial pump industry, hydronics, thermal management, HVAC, data center infrastructure or liquid cooling applications.
  • Strong commercial mindset with ability to combine market requirements, customer value, technical feasibility, business case logic and product portfolio decisions.
  • Experience working in global matrix organizations and collaborating with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Operations and regional business stakeholders is preferred.
