In this highly visible position, you will connect customers, project teams, manufacturing, engineering, procurement, and supply chain operations to guarantee materials arrive accurately, on time, and complete.

As a trusted partner across the organization, you will tackle delivery challenges, promote ongoing improvement initiatives, and help deliver outstanding customer experiences. The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $84,750 - $124,300 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

What You'll Do in this Role:
  • Serve as the primary contact for project-related orders, ensuring timely resolution of blocking issues and clear communication among interested parties.
  • Partner with global supply chain, manufacturing, project execution, and regional teams to proactively mitigate risks and support timely project delivery.
  • Manage customer orders with a customer-first approach, ensuring quality, accuracy, and reliable fulfillment.
  • Drive cross-functional process improvement initiatives that improve operational efficiency and customer happiness.
  • Examine order performance, recognize trends, and suggest solutions that improve delivery outcomes and business results.
  • Support worldwide transformation efforts, including process standardization, system upgrades, and ongoing improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and reporting tools that support consistent global execution.
  • Build positive relationships across multiple functions to align priorities, solve complex challenges, and ensure project success.
