  • Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities
  • Partner closely with leaders in Sales, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and other functions to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives
  • Oversee global supply chain and logistics strategy to optimize cost, service levels, and delivery performance
  • Ensure compliance with international regulatory, safety, and quality standards
