As a
Global Kinaxis Solution Architect, you will be a key member of our technology team, collaborating with leading experts to solve our clients' most complex challenges across Consumer, Life Sciences, Energy, Industrial, and Retail industries. Your role will focus on driving large-scale supply chain transformations by leveraging Kinaxis Platform and industry best practices.

The Work:
Solution Architecture & Design - Lead end-to-end Kinaxis solution architecture across supply chain planning functions.
- Design scalable and sustainable solutions aligned with business objectives and supply chain transformation strategies.
- Define data models, planning hierarchies, control frameworks, and integration architecture.
- Establish technical standards, design principles, and implementation best practices.
Business Consulting & Stakeholder Management - Partner with client leadership and business process owners to understand requirements and translate them into Kinaxis solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, process assessments, and solution blueprinting sessions.
- Advise stakeholders on supply chain planning processes and industry best practices.
- Drive executive-level discussions regarding transformation opportunities and roadmap development.
Implementation Leadership - Lead Kinaxis implementation and enhancement projects throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Oversee configuration, solution development, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.
- Provide guidance to functional consultants, developers, and project teams.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations.
Integration & Data Management - Define integrations between Kinaxis and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Collaborate with data engineering and integration teams to ensure reliable and accurate data flows.
- Support master data governance and data quality initiatives.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Evaluate new Kinaxis capabilities and roadmap enhancements.
- Identify opportunities for automation, AI-driven planning, and advanced analytics.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize planning performance and user adoption.
Additional Information: - This role may require global travel (0-100%), depending on business needs and client engagements.

Here's what you need: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology, Operations, or related field.
- 5+ years' experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on supply chain management and advanced planning systems.
- 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning and Supply Chain Technology implementations.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse.
- Experience leading large-scale supply chain transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of planning processes and supply chain operations.
