The Global HR Business Partner (GHRBP) plays a key role in supporting Specialized Modalities BioScience function, advising senior SPM PLT leader and their leadership team to drive business strategies through OneHR standard work excellence and driving SPM HR initiatives. This includes aligning with One Lonza’s global people strategies to meet business goals.
The role will focus to one critical business area (may include additional) based on needs and leadership location. The role ensures a platform integrated and future-ready organization by leveraging HR services and centers of expertise, including outsourced partners. It leads transformation initiatives, including reorganizations and change management, and partners closely with business leaders to build high-performing teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
To be successful, the GHRBP must develop a deep understanding of the Function’s strategy, business and key success factors. With strong leadership and influence skills, the GHRBP will drive change and contribute to business success while ensure SPM Platform strategic direction and fully aligning and contribution to the SPM People agenda . The full-time base annual salary for this position is expected to range between $192,000.00 and $265,000.00 Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including the successful candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and job-related knowledge.
