  • Develop World-Class FP&A Processes: Design, standardize, and optimize end-to-end FP&A workflows to establish best-in-class planning and reporting capabilities across the Residential Fire Segment.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Financial Consolidation: Consolidate financial statements across multiple manufacturing and distribution sites, synthesizing complex data into clear executive-level reporting.
  • Build Visual, Insight-Driven Reporting: Develop dynamic dashboards and visual reporting tools (Power BI preferred) that enable real-time performance monitoring and proactive decision-making.
  • Own the R&O Framework: Maintain a robust Risks & Opportunities process to continuously monitor revenue, margin, and working capital-surfacing insights that inform strategic action.
  • Deliver High-Impact Ad Hoc Analysis: Respond to critical business questions with rigorous, data-driven analysis that directly influences commercial and operational decisions.
  • Lead & Develop Talent: Manage and mentor direct reports, fostering an analytical mindset, business curiosity and a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Business Partnering: Serve as a trusted financial advisor to cross-functional stakeholders, translating financial insights into strategic recommendations that drive results.
